Launching a new CHP Project at the Naval Research Laboratory
rceasar2021-09-10T09:15:57-04:00Bette & Cring has begun work on the $23 Million Combined Heat and Power Plant (cogeneration) at the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, D.C. This design-build project was awarded in the Fall as a firm-fixed-price contract by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Washington. The design-build team for this contract is headed by Bette &
